Terms of Sale

When you click Place Order you offer to buy the items in your basket at the prices shown, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout. We accept that offer when we confirm the order, usually by email and on the order confirmation page.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed wrongly, we cannot deliver to the address, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we have already taken payment we will refund it.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless you are shopping in another region we support. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout, including delivery if a charge applies.

We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not take card payments on this website.

• Cash on delivery. Pay the courier in cash when the order arrives. A reachable phone number is required so the courier can call ahead.
• Bank transfer. Pay using the account details shown at checkout, then upload a receipt so we can match the payment to your order. We dispatch after the receipt is approved. The checkout total is the amount you should transfer.

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed over. If a delivery fails because the address or phone number was wrong, we may charge for a second attempt or treat the order as cancelled.

You can track an order with the order number and the email used at checkout, without signing in.

Contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel. We will cancel if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once it is with the courier, the Returns Policy applies instead.
